We can provide the service of Michelin-Starred Chefs on site for your exclusive event. We would design a specific food menu complimenting the selected wines for your event, and have our Chefs cook on site. An example of Chef we work with:
Pascal Aussignac, Head Chef and owner of Club Gascon in London
Pascal Aussignac, originally from the South West of France decided to come London to set up his restaurant, Club Gascon, awarded one Michelin Star.
Pascal later on expanded with a wine Bar, “Cellar Gascon”, a French Bistrot and delicatessen “Comptoir Gascon” and finally another restaurant, “Le Cercle” near Sloane Square.
But what makes Pascal unique is his style of cooking. He serves small dishes instead of promoting the classic menu with starter, main and pudding. Also called "Tapas" in Spain, these small dishes can be combinated depending on appetite. Pascal has managed to create a new cooking identity while at the same time promoting his South West of France roots.
