It might sound like early greetings
but Christmas is just a few weeks away and it is time to prepare
for this fantastic season of great food and wines. And to help
you with this, we thought we would awake your senses with a new
theme this month: Underrated Gems which we
detail in the first part of the Newsletter.
Now some of you often
ask what a sommelier exactly is. So we thought
we would clarify this with our interviewee this month (Part 2)
in the name of Marc-Andréa Levy, the head sommelier
of Murano restaurant. This is the new Gordon Ramsay's
restaurant run by Michelin-Starred and ex- Connaught Hotel Chef
Angela Hartnett. Marc Andréa also provided us with tips
on how to better choose wines in restaurants.
Finally we reveal some great
wines to go with Christmas dinner (Part 3).
Have a great time!

the recent opening from Gordon Ramsay’s Restaurants
Empire answered this question for us.

Marc
Andréa also told us about his philosophy in
