January is usually very tough on
us because we have to face our New Year’s resolutions but
also because the gorgeous Christmas meals are over... But do not
worry as it will not stop us talking about wine and food at least!
Our interviewee this month is one of the most distinguished
French Chefs in the name of Hélène Darroze.
Hélène got 2 Michelin Stars at her restaurant in
Paris in 2003, and crossed the Channel in summer last year to
oversee all kitchens at the Connaught Hotel.
With the New Year comes a new theme.
This month we launch our “Glass Tasting”.
And no, it is not about tasting glass! We will invite you to taste
the same wines but with different glasses and experience how shapes
can impact intensity of aromas and tastes. You would be very surprised!!
